Say how it went
Six questions. Answer none of them and the day still counts.

Tend is a private journal for pain, fatigue, fog, sleep, mood and stress. It finds patterns across weeks of your own entries, then gathers them with your medications, labs and questions into one page to bring to your next appointment.

Six questions. Answer none of them and the day still counts.
02
A pattern appears once it rests on enough answered days.
03
Everything your doctor asks for, gathered before you go.
An illustration of a Patterns card, not your data.
Tend records pain, fatigue, fog, sleep, mood, stress, where it lives, flares, morning, afternoon, evening, medications, supplements, labs, visits, questions, the night before, practices, movement, pressure, weather, pacing.
A body map, front and back
Two scales, both optional
Four fields
Two scales, never a verdict
The whole paper trail
All of it in
one private record
Read it, print it, save a PDF, or hand it over at the desk.
Every line written for a bad day.

“You showed up. That counts.”
“It won't always be this loud. Flares pass. Rest is the work.”

“A day can hold more than one feeling.”
“Gently now. Nothing to catch up on.”

“Fixed. Days are allowed to change.”
“Let it be small today. Flares pass. So will this one.”

“Today is weathered. Rest is the work.”
“Noted. The day can change.”
These are lines the app itself says, not customer quotes. Tend has not launched, so there is nobody to quote and no reviews to show.

PatternsWhat the weeks are saying
CareThe letter for your visitCaptured from the app running its sample record, which is why each screen says so.
Big targets. Few choices. One tap for everything. Nothing that punishes you for a week you could not fill in.
Fog Mode collapses the whole app to one thing per screen
Every field is optional, and a blank never becomes a zero
The right-hand column is a category, not a product: what a single daily 0 to 10 rating can hold, next to what a record can.
Your own record should not be rented back to you.

A finding waits for enough answered days, then says how many.
Tend is a private iPhone app for people living with fibromyalgia. It combines an optional daily check-in, records for medications, labs, visits and questions, conservative summaries of your own entries over time, and a printable letter to bring to a doctor's appointment.
Tend requires Apple or Google sign-in and syncs your record to your Tend account. Beginning with Tend 1.0.1 build 8, six product actions are linked to the account UUID in PostHog, but answers, notes, health details, email, name, location and free text are excluded. There is no advertising or cross-app tracking. The public website separately counts limited, anonymous, cookieless pageviews. Optional weather sends a rounded approximate location and IP directly to MET Norway, never health data. You can export or delete your record from Settings at any time.
You record how the day went across pain, fatigue, fog, sleep, mood and stress. Every field is optional, so a half-finished day still counts, and on a foggy day you can speak an entry instead of typing it.
No. Tend is a self-tracking tool. It records what you enter and shows you conservative summaries of your own entries. It does not diagnose or treat anything, it is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for care from your own doctor.
Every summary is computed on your iPhone from your own entries and nothing else. Skipped answers stay missing rather than counting as zero, findings carry the number of days they rest on, and a card stays silent until it has enough answered days. Tend describes association and timing, never cause, and a pattern in your own days is not a diagnosis.
Tend is currently offered at no cost and contains no in-app purchase.
