tend for iphone

support

Help with Tend comes from a person. Tell us what went wrong, without sending more private information than the problem needs.

last updated August 11, 2026

the short version

  • Email daniel@offscriptfoundry.com for human support.
  • Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and steps that reproduce the problem.
  • Never send a password, passcode, or health details that are not needed.
  • Your record stays on your iPhone, so support cannot view or recover it.
  • For medical help or an emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

01

contact a person

in plain terms

Email Tend support. Your message goes to a person, not an automated help desk.

For help with Tend, email daniel@offscriptfoundry.com. A person will read and reply to your message.

Please include your iPhone model and iOS version, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the steps that led to it. Include the Tend version too if you know it.

02

protect your privacy

in plain terms

You never need to send your health record, password or passcode to get support.

Tend has no account and no Tend server, so support cannot see what you recorded in the app. Please do not email passwords, device passcodes, or health details that are not necessary to explain the problem.

A screenshot can help with a visual problem, but check it first and cover any private information you do not want to share. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete account of what the app handles.

03

your record and backups

in plain terms

Support cannot view, restore or delete your record because Tend does not receive a copy of it.

Everything you record lives on your iPhone and in any device backup you control. Tend’s Settings includes options to export your data and to delete everything.

Because Off Script Foundry, Inc. does not hold a copy, support cannot retrieve an entry or restore a deleted record. Before deleting the app or changing devices, export anything you need and confirm that your iPhone backup is current.

04

medical help and emergencies

in plain terms

Support can help with the app, not with medical decisions or emergencies.

Tend is an educational and self-tracking tool, not a medical device or clinical service. Support cannot diagnose symptoms, recommend treatment, or monitor your health. Please take medical questions to a qualified health professional who knows you.

If you may be having an emergency or are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service now. Do not wait for an email reply.

05

policies

in plain terms

The privacy policy and terms are always available on this site.

Read Tend’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Questions about either can use the same support email above.
